Dallas

Tony and I have always been huge Dallas Cowboys fans but neither of us had ever been to a pro NFL game.  I had always wanted to take him to one so I went ahead and just booked it...I called it an early birthday present.  I booked it on a weekend when we could catch a baseball game and a football game in the same weekend.  We flew out Friday morning and went to the Texans baseball game that night.  I get bored at baseball games but it's always fun to go a pro game.  My phone also died after one picture of the stadium so I didn't get any more photos from that game.
On Saturday, we headed to AT&T Stadium a few hours before opening...I wanted to be there the second they let us in the stadium!  We shopped around nearby to get Tony a Cowboys t-shirt and ate at Buffalo Wild Wings (our favorite) then paid $60 to park across the parking lot from the stadium!
We hung out outside the stadium where they had some entertainment.  Two Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders were out taking photos and I was literally giddy!  I have been obsessed with the DCC since I was young and I've watched every season of their "Making the Team" show on CMT so I happen to know most of the team.  I ran right up to them and got my photo with them...it was definitely a check off my bucket list!
As soon as they opened the doors to the stadium we went in and explored every bit of it that we were allowed to.  We experienced front row to highest row, the fan shop, and everywhere in between.  I was seriously giddy with excitement the whole day!  We went to Hawaii in May and I almost think I had more fun on that one day in Dallas than I did the whole time we were in Hawaii!  I know, I'm kind of pathetic.  It was just all so surreal, it was everything that I thought it would be and more!  We had really good seats so our view was great!  When the DCC came out and did their dance and kick-line I seriously had tears in my eyes!
Dallas played the Minnesota Vikings and we were able to see Romo play (which would end up being one of his last games before he got hurt for the season).  They lost but it was pre-season and we really didn't even care!  The whole experience was so amazing, I couldn't stop smiling for days.
We left Sunday morning so it was a quick trip, but we had a great time!  Tony had to wait a few years before he got a wife that would watch football with him...I use to hate football...but he may be regretting it now since I'm kind of obsessed with it!  ;)

I tried on the official DCC famous white boots and fell in love INSTANTLY!  I'm not one to spend much on shoes or even obsess over a shoe.  But I wanted to buy these SO bad!  I could not justify spending $500 on a pair of boots but since then I always think "I could be wearing my DCC boots with this outfit" and I kind of regret not just splurging a little!  ;)

We got to see the team practicing for a little while and we were SO close!  It was so cool!

August 2015

August was a crazy month.  The kids started school but after a long 2 months of showing our house constantly, we finally sold it!  We had listed it about $10,000 higher than we should have because we wanted to see if we could get more out of it, but as soon as we lowered the price to what we should have originally listed it for, we received an offer within 2 days.

Fish Lake 2015

In August we went to Fish Lake with Tony's family.  Casey rented us a huge, gorgeous cabin right on the lake and we had a blast.  Casey brought his pontoon boat which is perfect for fishing and for kids to hang out on because everyone can move around.  We had one cold, rainy day but we still were able to make a trip out on the lake and hung out at the cabin the rest of the day.  I'll admit, I'm not big into fishing but watching how much fun my kids were having as they caught fish after fish, I definitely enjoyed myself.  It was a great trip!

This is one of my favorite pictures...all 3 brothers caught fish at the same time!

Give this kid his own bag of chips and he'll be satisfied for awhile!

10 Years!

***Disclaimer: Sappy Post!***

Tony and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on June 25th, 2015.  We have made an effort to always do the little things that keep us in love, and even after all these years I still love him like I did the day I married him.  The only thing that has changed is that we have more experiences together and we've learned how to deal with life as it happens to us, which has made us grow together even more. Things are definitely crazy sometimes, especially when you throw 3 kids in the mix, but if I had to make the choice to marry this man again I'd do it again in a heartbeat.  Tony makes me feel beautiful everyday, makes me laugh almost everyday, and he knows me better than anyone else.  I am still so in love with him and I can't imagine this life journey with anyone else!  Love you forever babe!

My gorgeous friend Whitney married our other friend Matt and they had a beautiful wedding!  Not sure why my boobs look so ginormous in these photos but wowzers!  LOL!  Anyway, we went to dinner with some friends afterwards and had such a fun night...my cheeks literally hurt from laughing so much!

Macie finished up her last season of dance.  She isn't loving it so she's taking some time off and she's going to figure out something that she does love.  And since I'm the anti-dance-mom, I'm not too upset over it.  I love watching her dance, but if she's not into it then she doesn't put effort into it so it's kind of ruined the fun anyway.
