Happy Halloween!

The Davies clan (except for Maddie)

Macie & baby Grace- same costume!

Hugs from Halle (also a cat!)

Little Crew is by far the cutest monkey I've ever seen!

Halle, Tony, & Chloe

For Halloween we went out to Shilah's house to trick-or-treat and eat dinner with my family, then we went to Kip & Holly's to trunk-or-treat with the Davies. Macie was a cat- I tried to paint her nose but she kept wiping it off so I gave up! She got lots of candy for Mom and Dad to eat!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Dennis!

My father-in-law (Tony's dad) turned the big 60 this week! We had a little party for him to celebrate. Thanks Grandpa D for always sharing your caffeine free diet soda with Macie...you're one of the few that can get away with it, and we all know she appreciates it! Macie loves her "papa"!
Eating yummy Schmidts cake (Grandpa's favorite)....mmmmm!

Best Buds!

Bear is our chocolate lab and Macie absolutely adores him! She says his name anytime she sees a dog that looks anything like him and she gets so excited to see him! She always tries to sneak him her food and she thinks it's so funny when he eats what she gives him! She loves to chase him around and sit on him. He's such a good dog and so patient with her to just lets her crawl all over him! They're the best of friends....it's pretty cute!

Grace's Blessing

Baby Grace's blessing was this weekend. I only got the one picture of her in her dress before they changed her, but she did look very pretty.

Grandma Dixie, Macie, & Grace

Swinging with daddy!

About the scab on Macie's nose...we aren't even sure how/when that happened...she's so graceful! Cute, though, huh?! And right before I had planned to get her 18 month pictures done!

Happy 3rd Birthday Halle!

My cute niece Halle turned 3 this week and had a Disney Princess birthday party.

Halle got an Ariel doll (her favorite Disney Princess)!

Macie found someone's pizza leftovers...

and Gracie was nice enough to share her ice cream!

Silly Face

Macie started making this silly face when she was about 9 months old. She does it mostly when she knows she's in trouble because she knows it makes me laugh everytime! It never gets old!

Trip to the Zoo!

Since the warm weather is pretty much ending, my mom and I decided to take Macie, Halle, & Crew to the Zoo. Macie liked most of the animals, but her favorite animals were none other than the turkeys & the ducks! I think she liked how close she could get to those ones! Actually, her favorite part of the whole day was playing with the giant black ball/fountain at the front gate...I literally could have left her there for hours and she would have played in it the whole time! I had to drag her away kicking and screaming! We went on the Merry-go-Round (which is new since last time I was there) and the train, then let the girls play on the playground. I think they had a good time! My mom and I on the other hand are exhausted.....taking 3 kids under age 3 to the zoo is a lot of work! Reason #87 why my kids will be spaced apart several years!

Emery for the weekend

Maddie, Lexi, & Macie with their babies.
For conference weekend we usually head down to Emery to visit Tony's grandparents, so this weekend that's where we were. Usually we try to go 4-wheeling, shooting, and other fun things, but this weekend was super cold and rainy so we didn't do a whole lot. Tony & his brothers went hunting on Saturday while I stayed and played with Macie, my nieces Maddie & Lexi, and my nephew Kaden. I can't say it was a very eventful weekend, and Macie was ready to get back to her own bed, but it's always fun to visit!

Barney

Macie is officially obsessed with Barney! I think it's because Tony hates Barney and said his child would never watch it, but thanks to Grandma Thelma she got hooked! We don't actually let Macie watch TV at our house very often, but my super-mom babysits Macie, my niece Halle and nephew Crew (all under age 3) all together one day a week so sometimes she needs a little something to occupy the girls so she can get things done (or to gain her sanity for a minute!) Anyway, everytime she goes over to Grandma's she runs to the TV and says Barney ("Bonnie") over and over until someone turns it on for her! Then she gets really excited when the music starts to play, and she sings along to "I Love You" in a really low voice and rocks her body side to side as well as her head...it's pretty funny! Sometimes I try to tell her "Barney went to bed" and she throws a tantrum- I think she gets her attitude from her dad! :)
